DBY stainless steel electric diaphragm pump is a new type of pump. In recent years, due to breakthroughs in diaphragm materials, more and more industrialized countries have adopted this type of pump to replace some centrifugal pumps and screw pumps in industries such as petrochemicals, ceramics, metallurgy, etc. The product design is based on the prototype of ABEL company in the United States. This pump is suitable for low pressure, that is, outlet pressure ≤ 3kgf/cm2.

1、 The DBY-P stainless steel electric diaphragm pump does not require water injection and has a self-priming capacity of over 7 meters.
2、 With good performance, particles and mud with a diameter of less than 10 millimeters can pass through effortlessly.
3、 Due to the separation of the conveying medium and transmission mechanical components by the diaphragm, the medium will never leak outward. And the pump itself has no shaft seal, greatly extending its service life. According to different media, diaphragms are divided into chloroprene rubber, fluororubber, nitrile rubber, etc., which can meet the requirements of different users.
4、 The medium flowing through the pump body of the electric diaphragm pump can be divided into cast iron, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, rubber lining, and fluorine lining according to user requirements. The motor is divided into two types: ordinary and explosion-proof (B3d).

The main component of DBY stainless steel electric diaphragm pump is the diaphragm Choosing the right diaphragm can achieve twice the result with half the effort. When placing an order, users must specify the properties of the conveying medium so that different diaphragms can be equipped at the factory. Generally, there are several types of diaphragms: 1. Nitrile diaphragm; Mainly used in oil resistant applications. 2. chloroprene rubber 5031 # specially made by our unit, mainly used for resistance to acetone and various acids and alkalis. 3. Fluororubber 6021 # is specially made by our unit and is mainly used for high temperatures of 150 ℃. It is resistant to formaldehyde and corrosion. But the price is higher than other membranes. 4. Food rubber, specifically designed for conveying food and beverages.
