Cup centrifuge

The DL cup type large capacity sedimentation centrifuge is currently the largest sedimentation centrifuge in China, which uses the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation to separate, precipitate, and concentrate suspended liquids. It is one of the essential conventional equipment for production and research units such as biological products, chemical pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and central blood stations.

This machine adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which enables the hanging rack to drive the test cup to start slowly, avoiding motor overload. The chassis of the machine is suspended on three legs of a tripod using three ball type pull rods, connected by ball type supports. During transportation, it is allowed to change the center of the fuselage, which can minimize the pressure on the spindle and also enable the spindle to drive the hanger to automatically center and stabilize.
