The cuff type fully automatic packaging machine is designed for clean packaging of liquids that have undergone UHT (ultra-high temperature) sterilization treatment. There are two types of products: back sealing and side sealing, which are widely used for soft packaging of milk, soy milk, juice, beverages, mineral water, soy sauce, vinegar, and liquid cosmetics.

The packaging material is made of heatable plastic film rolls. The thickness is 0.08-0.12mm. After unfolding and folding, it is sealed on three sides to make flexible packaging. When selecting photoelectric control for packaging film, the cursor position should be 15mm away from the edge of the film to avoid being blocked by ink during vertical sealing, which may reduce the sealing quality.
