Crystal silicon solar cell temperature control test bench

*Suitable samples: Crystal silicon standard 5-inch and 6-inch and below solar cells, other sizes can be customized;

*Temperature range RT~85 degrees

*Adjustable detachable needle bar, one or more needle bars are optional;

*Spring gold-plated probe;

*The needle dam can be raised and lowered as a whole, which can effectively avoid damage to solar cells;

*The size of the test sample can be designed and produced according to user requirements;

*Testing methods: Two line method and four line method for measurement

1. Meet the testing requirements for a maximum sample size of 200mm x 200mm;

2. There is a vacuum ring groove on the wafer stage, which can meet the vacuum adsorption of 200mmx200mm solar cells;

3. The wafer stage is made of brass material, with a gold-plated surface, good conductivity, and oxidation resistance;

4. The wafer stage is insulated from the worktable, with a ground insulation resistance of ≥ 200M Ω;

5. Lead one electrode screw on each side of the wafer stage.

7. Dimensions of the test fixture: The height of the wafer stage is (H) 220mm;

8. Each set of needle bar fixtures, with adjustable front to back distance between each set;

9. The left and right spacing between each set of needles is 10mm (can be designed as needed)

10. The banana socket is connected to the test pin for easy connection with the tester.

11. Japanese made elastic gold-plated measuring needle, ball shaped, with a single needle lifespan of 300000 times;

12. The elastic gold plating test comes with a needle sleeve, which can be easily replaced;

13. The true air circuit can be equipped with imported vacuum pumps or Japanese SMC vacuum converters;
14. Pneumatic test bench, with a pneumatic lifting height of about 30mm (adjustable), switch control, simple and convenient to use.
