Crucible salt bath furnace

Purpose:
This series of crucible salt bath furnaces is mainly used for quenching, cyanide treatment, annealing, and tempering of spare metal parts, especially suitable for heat treatment of fasteners and standard parts.

Structure Introduction:
The RYG series energy-saving crucible salt bath furnace consists of a furnace shell, furnace lining, crucible, crucible cover, heating element, and upper cover. The furnace shell is welded into a cylindrical shape from steel sections and steel plates, and the furnace is made of 0.6g/cm3 ultra lightweight microbead energy-saving refractory bricks. Heating elements are uniformly installed around the inner wall. Aluminum silicate fiber felt and expansion insulation powder insulation material are filled between the furnace and the furnace shell of the crucible salt bath furnace. The furnace is equipped with a heat-resistant steel crucible for containing salt solution. The crucible cover is composed of two semicircles, which can rotate flexibly. There are two holes on the cover for supporting the shaft to hang the workpiece. The upper part of the furnace shell of the crucible salt bath furnace is equipped with a circular upper cover, and there is an exhaust port at the top that can be connected to a ventilation system to eliminate harmful gases. The lower part of the upper cover has two rotatable cover doors and observation holes. There is a row of flow holes in front of the furnace shell to regularly remove dirt from the furnace. When salt liquid leaks from the crucible due to corrosion and oxidation, it can also flow out of the crucible salt bath furnace through this port to protect the heating elements and furnace lining from damage. When working, inserting a little aluminum silicate fiber cotton outside the discharge port can prevent external cold air from entering the furnace and affecting the furnace temperature.
