Crawler stacker belongs to the ground stacking fermentation mode, which is currently a fertilizer production mode that saves civil engineering and human resources. The materials need to be stacked into long strip-shaped stacks and regularly stirred and crushed by a turning machine to decompose organic matter under aerobic conditions. Having the function of crushing, it greatly saves time and labor, significantly improves the production efficiency and product quality of organic fertilizer plants, and greatly reduces costs. The turning machine can effectively mix materials such as sludge and viscous chicken manure with bacterial strains and straw powder during operation. Created a better aerobic environment for material fermentation. Not only is it much faster than deep tank fermentation, but it also effectively prevents the production of harmful and odorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide, amine gas, indole, etc. during the fermentation process, which meets environmental protection requirements.
