The host mainly consists of four parts: automatic weighing device, conveying device, sewing device, and computer control. This product comprehensively absorbs advanced technology from similar products, and it contains higher technological content. It adopts high-resolution high-precision sensors and applies advanced electronic frequency conversion adjustment technology to improve measurement accuracy. Equipment working principle This product adopts a three-phase four wire system, with three-phase 380V, single-phase 220V, and 50HE AC power supply. In the startup state, manual bagging is achieved by moving the right hand up into the travel switch after bagging. The machine is triggered to work, and the weighing control instrument will issue a bag command to clamp the textile bag with the bag clamping device. The instrument automatically measures the bag weight within the designated time (1 second), and the feeding motor automatically accelerates the feeding, which is called fast feeding. When the designated fast feeding weight reaches the quantitative standard, it automatically becomes slow feeding, and the feeding motor runs at low speed. When the feeding weight reaches the quantitative standard, the weighing control instrument performs qualified calibration and issues a loosening command. The textile bag falls into the conveyor and is transported to the sewing machine for sewing, completing one cycle |
