The continuous rolling suction hot melt dyeing machine equipped with an infrared preheating device is suitable for continuous dyeing factories to carry out dyeing formula sampling and research work.

Pressure suction → infrared pre drying → intermediate drying - hot melt dyeing. On this type of machine, the sample fabric is compressed by a horizontal pneumatic rolling mill and fixed on a continuously running chain with two clamping rods, which can be secured by clamps on the chain; Firstly, it is pre dried by infrared radiation, then dried at the middle end, and finally reaches the hot melt oven. After baking, the sample fabric automatically falls off the running chain and into the fabric storage box.
