One scope of application
The continuous filter press equipment is an intermittent laboratory vacuum filter equipment, mainly used by geological, metallurgical, coal, building materials and other system research and experimental units. It is used for filtering viscous mud slurry in flotation, magnetic separation and other operations during ore selectivity experiments. It is also used for solid-liquid separation during sample testing at various operation points in mineral processing plants or other departments.

II characteristic
The continuous filter press equipment has a simple and compact structure, reliable vacuum system operation, and high vacuum degree. In order to prevent the liquid in the vacuum negative pressure tank from entering the vacuum pump, upper and lower contacts are set inside the device. When the liquid reaches the predetermined height, the vacuum pump automatically stops and the open air solenoid valve is activated. After the liquid is discharged, it will start automatically.

III maintenance
(1) Before use, check the operating parts and vacuum system of the equipment to ensure they are in normal condition before use.
(2) According to the user manual of the vacuum pump, regularly change and inspect the oil, and perform maintenance.
(3) If any abnormal phenomenon is found during the use of the equipment, it should be stopped in time to identify the cause and eliminate the fault. If it is a vacuum pump fault, please follow the 2X-4 rotary vane mechanical vacuum pump maintenance.
(4) During the use of the equipment, the slurry should not enter the vacuum negative pressure tank, and the sealing of the automatic drainage flat valve body should be ensured.
