Construction and renovation of standardized distribution rooms
The construction and renovation of standardized distribution rooms are defined in national standards, and the definition of a distribution station is:
Product details

1、 The construction and renovation of a distribution room, also known as a distribution station, is defined in national standards as "a high-voltage distribution device that only functions to open, close, and distribute electrical energy inside the station, without a main transformer on the busbar". The difference between a distribution station and a substation is that the distribution room (distribution station) does not have transformers, while the substation has all transformers. The power distribution room is a key part of the building's power supply system, and a dedicated electrician is on duty 24 hours a day to operate it. Without the permission of the management office or department head, non staff members are not allowed to enter. The duty officer must hold a certificate and be familiar with the condition, operation methods, and safety precautions of the power distribution equipment.

2、 Standard Operating Procedures for Construction and Renovation of Standardized Distribution Rooms:
1. Non qualified mechanical and electrical personnel are not allowed to perform closing operations.
Before closing, all air switches of each branch should be disconnected.
3. Ensure that no one is operating the entire line and there is no short circuit phenomenon.
4. After closing, check the indications on each meter and observe for 5 minutes.

3、 Preventive measures for the construction and renovation of standardized distribution rooms:
Most of the faults in distribution transformers are caused by inadequate management and improper operation and maintenance. As long as equipment inspection and management are strengthened, and procedures and systems are strictly followed, most of them can be avoided. Before putting into operation, the distribution transformer must undergo on-site testing, which mainly includes the following:
1. Whether the oil level gauge on the oil pillow is intact, whether the oil level is clear and on the oil level line that matches the ambient temperature.
2. Whether the cover plate, sleeve, oil level gauge, oil drain valve and other parts are well sealed and whether there is any oil leakage.
3. Whether the explosion-proof membrane of the bursting tube (safety airway) is intact, and whether the moisture absorbing agent of the respirator has failed.
4. Is the grounding of the shell and neutral point on the low-voltage side of the transformer firm and reliable, and does the grounding resistance meet the requirements.
5. Is the connection between the primary and secondary outlet sleeves of the compressor and the wire good, and is the phase color correct.
