The constant temperature and humidity laboratory can provide temperature and humidity environment testing for large parts, semi-finished products, and finished products in the industry. It is mainly composed of a control panel, distribution panel, insulation warehouse board, air supply fan, heater, and freezer combination.
Product features:
◆Adopting a combination of storage board units, the content area can be enlarged at will, and it is easy to disassemble and assemble. It can be designed according to customer size requirements and coordinated with customer expansion transfer.
◆The material of the storage board is made of stainless steel and heat-resistant steel plate baked paint, with a sturdy structure, waterproof, and beautiful appearance.
◆The controller can be connected to a computer, and users can design programs, collect test data and records, call program execution, and remotely control machine power on and off functions on the computer.
◆When abnormal conditions occur, the controller screen promptly displays the fault situation, cuts off the power switch, and provides troubleshooting methods.
◆The refrigeration unit adopts imported compressors from Europe and America, and uses environmentally friendly refrigerants. The refrigeration system adopts a binary low-temperature circuit system design, and different compressors are used in different temperature ranges to increase the service life of the equipment.
Programmable controller:
◆Adopting the Japanese SUNTOW ultra sensitive liquid crystal (LCD) display touch screen, the screen operation is simple and the program editing is easy.
◆The controller operation interface is available in both Chinese and English, and the operating curve chart can be displayed on the screen.
◆It has a capacity of 100 sets of programs with 50 999 cycle steps, with a maximum time setting of 99 hours and 59 minutes per step.
◆There are 10 sets of program strings, each string can connect 6 sets of programs, and up to 5 sets of subroutines can be set in each set of programs for looping. (999 times))
After inputting the data and experimental conditions, the controller has a screen lock function to prevent manual touch and shutdown.
◆Equipped with P.I.D automatic calculation function, it can immediately correct temperature change conditions, making temperature and humidity control more precise and stable.
◆Equipped with a communication interface and connection software, it can design programs on a computer, monitor the testing process, and perform functions such as power on/off.
◆It has a nine point fault information display. If an abnormality occurs during operation, the power supply will be immediately cut off and the cause of the fault will be displayed on the screen in real time.
◆It can provide a temperature linear DC signal output to the temperature recorder to understand the status of the testing conditions, thereby improving the reliability of the testing.
Refrigeration system:
◆The freezer adopts imported compressors from Europe and America, and uses environmentally friendly refrigerants (R404R23)
The refrigeration system adopts a two-stage low-temperature refrigeration system design, and different compressors are used for refrigeration in different temperature ranges to increase the service life of the equipment.
◆By utilizing a multi wing air supply fan for powerful air circulation, any blind spots can be avoided, resulting in even temperature and humidity distribution within the testing area.
◆The wind cycle adopts a side blowing air return design, with wind pressure and speed that meet the test standards, and can quickly stabilize the temperature of the switch.
◆Fully independent heating, cooling, and humidification systems can improve efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend lifespan, and lower failure rates.
