Functions and characteristics of constant voltage variable frequency products:
1. No negative pressure
The direct connection between the system and the municipal water supply network for pressurized operation will not create negative pressure in the municipal water supply network.
2. Set pressure
After conditioning, the pressure control valve can be set to allow for the suction pressure of the municipal water supply network.
3. Borrowing (or stacking)
When exceeding the agreed suction pressure and flow rate, pressure can be increased based on the pressure of the tap water pipeline network. Compared to drawing water from a regular reservoir, it can reduce the number of water pumps and/or lower the speed during operation to achieve energy-saving goals.
4. Variable frequency constant voltage
The device detects the outlet pressure in real-time through sensors, compares the detected value with the set value, and confirms the number of motor and water pump units and the output frequency of the frequency converter (which is reflected in the motor and water pump speed) to achieve constant pressure by following the water consumption curve.
5. Mute
Adopting modern design concepts and fully considering the demands of modern people for the environment, we have selected a silent dedicated frequency converter and utilized a sound reduction design wrist, so the system can operate ultra quietly.
6. Highly automated
The system can achieve fully automatic control, with functions such as manual/automatic switching, timed rotation of main and auxiliary pumps, pressure adjustment, constant voltage, upper and lower voltage maintenance, under phase maintenance, leakage maintenance, overload maintenance, overheating maintenance, water shortage maintenance, water leakage detection compensation, no water parking, and instantaneous trip maintenance. Alternatively, a human-machine interface can be configured based on user needs to visualize remote adjustments, monitoring, and maintenance.
