The main working principle of the compression heat regeneration adsorption dryer is that high-temperature and desaturated compressed air is discharged from the compressor and directly enters the dryer. It first enters the regeneration tower of the dryer to heat and regenerate the adsorbent. After heating and regeneration, it enters the water-cooled rear cooler for cooling, and then enters the gas-liquid separator to separate liquid water. The liquid water is separated and discharged through an automatic drainage device. The saturated compressed air after cooling and separating the liquid water enters the drying tower for drying, and the dried compressed air enters the pipeline network for use; After the regeneration is completed, the heating tower is bypassed by a bypass valve, and the high-temperature and saturated humid air directly enters the water-cooled aftercooler for cooling. Then, the liquid water is separated by a gas-liquid separator, and the separated liquid water is discharged through a drainage device. The saturated compressed air after cooling and separating the liquid water enters the drying tower for drying and then enters the pipeline network. A part of the airflow is introduced from the outlet of the dryer to cool the regeneration tower, and the cooled gas is discharged into the atmosphere through a muffler. After the cold blowing is completed, the pressure begins to increase, and the pressure in the twin towers is balanced. Under the full automatic PLC microcomputer control, the twin towers switch and the dryer enters the regeneration process of the other tower, with the two towers working alternately and continuously in a cycle.
