Principle of Exhaust Gas Absorption Tower Treatment

This series of organic waste gas absorption towers not only have the same functions as the HXW series absorption towers, but also have the main feature of utilizing space to accommodate equipment, occupying a very small area, and suitable for use in narrow spaces. The vertical type is suitable for high concentration and small to medium air volume, the cylindrical type is suitable for low concentration small to medium air volume, and the multi-layer type is suitable for low concentration large air volume.

Working Principle:

There are three types of absorption tower structures: vertical filling type, cylindrical enclosure type, and multi-layer filling type, which are fixed bed vertical adsorption devices. This adsorption device is a physical adsorption device, and the adsorption process is reversible and easy to desorb and regenerate. After the gas enters the absorption tower through the pipeline, substances at two different phase interfaces undergo diffusion at the interface. After diffusion is completed, the gas completes the adsorption process, and the adsorbed gas is sucked out by the fan and then discharged.
