5、 Working principle

Salt spray system

The salt spray system consists of solvent tank, pneumatic system, water tank, spray tower, nozzle, etc. The pump will transfer water from the water storage tank

When moved to the laboratory, the heating pipe provides the required humidity and temperature for the cabinet, and the salt solution is atomized by compressed air through spray. The spray tower is detachable for easy removal and cleaning. In the salt spray state, when the low water level switch of the water tank detects the low water level, the water tank heater is turned off and spray stops. The water level gauge automatically fills water by connecting the water injection solenoid valve until the high water level switch detects a high water level. When the water injection solenoid valve stops, the heating tube starts working. When the program requirements are met, spray will be carried out automatically.

Ø Drying system

The drying system consists of a blower, an air heater, a diffuser plate, and pipelines. Under the drying function, the blower sends indoor air into the box through the air heater, creating a low humidity environment inside the box. The temperature of the box is controlled by a humidifier and an air heater. A high air volume blower can also quickly change the temperature, thereby achieving fast circulation function. At the same time, when the temperature reaches the required level, if there is a significant difference in humidity, the humidifier will also output some power to compensate for the humidity inside the box.

The humidity system consists of a steam generator, blower, waterway, condensing device, etc. Under the humidity function, the box maintains relative humidity by evaporating hot water into the box. It can also maintain an appropriate temperature inside the box through the combination of the heater of the steam generator and the refrigeration of the compressor. When the temperature reaches the set requirement, if the humidity is too high, the condenser will reduce the humidity. Conversely, if the humidity is too low, the humidifier will output some power to adjust the humidity inside the box.
