5、 Working principle
|
Salt spray system |
The salt spray system consists of solvent tank, pneumatic system, water tank, spray tower, nozzle, etc. The pump will transfer water from the water storage tank When moved to the laboratory, the heating pipe provides the required humidity and temperature for the cabinet, and the salt solution is atomized by compressed air through spray. The spray tower is detachable for easy removal and cleaning. In the salt spray state, when the low water level switch of the water tank detects the low water level, the water tank heater is turned off and spray stops. The water level gauge automatically fills water by connecting the water injection solenoid valve until the high water level switch detects a high water level.
