　　Starting method of complete set of fire voltage stabilization equipment

The complete set of fire voltage stabilization equipment has three control modes: automatic, manual, and remote fire linkage. The equipment can be started locally by the emergency fire button or remotely by the fire control center. The fire control cabinet is equipped with a fire start stop signal interface. When a fire signal is received, the system immediately enters the fire constant pressure water supply state. If one pump fails or the flow is insufficient, the other pump can be automatically started by frequency conversion. When the fire signal is released, immediately restore to the normal fire pressure stabilization state. To prevent automatic start failure, the system is equipped with a manual start function.

　　Voltage stabilization workflow

There is no fire signal in automatic mode, and the equipment is in a stable working state. The pressure data of the pipeline network is obtained by a pressure gauge. When the water pressure in the pipeline network drops to the lower limit of the stable pressure value, the stable pressure pump runs to replenish water and increase pressure to the pipeline network. When the water pressure in the pipeline network reaches the upper limit of the stable pressure value, it stops running and the stable pressure tank replenishes water and stabilizes the pressure to the pipeline network.

Automatic pump replacement and inspection function: In order to prevent water pump wear or long-term non operation from causing malfunctions, rust, and other situations, the stabilizing pump has periodic rotation and regular inspection functions to ensure timely alarm and switch to other water pumps for replacement work in case of water pump failure.
