Product Name:Cocoon drying machine
Product Introduction:The cocoon dryer adopts air source heat pump technology, and the purpose of drying is to prevent live pupae from turning into moths during cocoon storage, parasitic fly eggs left by the silkworm body from forming maggots, and pupae from rotting and damaging the cocoon layer. At the same time, the cocoon layer undergoes heat treatment to appropriately change the solubility properties of the outer layer of sericin, enhance the resistance to cocoon boiling, protect the unwinding of the cocoon, and facilitate silk coiling and storage. During the drying process of silkworm cocoons, reasonable temperature, humidity, and wind speed should be used according to the characteristics of the cocoons to avoid excessive denaturation of sericin, achieve uniform drying, and preserve the quality of the cocoons.
Cocoon drying machine equipmentThe drying process is divided into three stages:
1Preheating stageDuring the heating process of fresh cocoons, the temperature gradually increases, and thermal energy penetrates through the cocoon layer into the cocoon cavity to kill the pupae, causing the water in the pupae to enter the evaporation period.
IIConstant speed drying stageThe period when surface moisture continuously evaporates, and the pupae have a higher amount and faster rate of water evaporation. During this period, the diffusion rate of moisture in the pupae is in equilibrium with the evaporation rate on the surface of the cocoon. The temperature of the cocoon is lower than the air temperature in the drying room, and the temperature of the pupae is also lower than the temperature of the cocoon, until the diffusion rate of moisture in the pupae gradually lags behind the evaporation rate on the surface of the cocoon.
IIIDeceleration drying stageThe moisture content of the silkworm cocoon gradually decreases, and the temperature of the cocoon and the temperature and humidity of the drying room gradually reach equilibrium. The drying is nearing completion, and attention should be paid to the setting of temperature rise time and temperature and humidity to maintain flexible drying.
A silkworm cocoon is composed of a pupal body and a cocoon layer. The main purpose of drying a silkworm cocoon is to kill the pupal body, avoid eclosion, and ensure the quality of the cocoon layer. The moisture content of the pupae is above 70%, and only a small amount of water needs to be removed from the cocoon layerPrice of silkworm cocoon dryerPlease inquire at 135-9265-9589.
