1、 Overview:
CFJ51025(DFA-3-2-4) Mechanical anemometers mainly use mechanical transmission to read readings in secondsCalculate the average wind speed by timing.
CFJ51025(DFA-3-2-4)Anemometers are mainly used in underground coal mines, tunnels, factories, meteorologyMeasurement of wind flow in safe places such as the ocean. This product is divided into three types: low speed, medium speed, and high speedSpecifications, The CFJ5 (DFA-3) type is a low-speed anemometer with a measurement range of0.2m/s—5m/sThe CFJ10 (DFA-2) medium speed wind gauge has a measurement range of0.4m/s—10m/s.The CFJ25 (DFA-4) high-speed wind gauge has a measurement range of0.6m/s—25m/s.
CFJ51025(-3-2-4) All mechanical anemometers adopt mechanical transmission form and are of mining intrinsic safety type.
2、 Environmental conditions for use
In the environment0——40℃ Relative temperature ≤98% Atmospheric pressure80 ~110KpaUnder normal conditions, it can operate safely and reliably, suitable for underground and various hazardsApplications in adverse environments.
3、 Structural features and working principle
This product uses wing wheel rotation and mechanical transmission to read readings, with an enlarged dial and charactersClear traces and easier readings.

5、 Usage method
(1)CFJ51025Type mechanical anemometer, before measurement, turn off the clutch switch and press the return zero pressure rod to return the large and small needles to zero position.
(2)Use the rotating surface of the instrument to be perpendicular to the direction of the airflow, overcoming the resistance of the instrument's operating parts, and first make it idle20~30 In seconds.
(3)Use a stopwatch to measure time. The stopwatch and anemometer should be turned on simultaneously during measurement, and turned off simultaneously after measurement.
(4)Retrieve the actual wind speed and read the value on the dial during measurement (referred to as the indicated wind speed) to obtain the corresponding actual wind speed value on the coordinate graph line.
