The dust collector of the coal mill adopts filter material and has an explosion-proof structure. It is equipped with an over temperature alarm and pressure relief device, and can be interlocked to open the butterfly valve and release cold air to reduce the temperature. Therefore, it has good explosion-proof performance and is suitable for coal powder preparation systems and the collection of flammable and explosive dust. You don't need a hair dryer. When the negative pressure of the dust collector reaches -3000Pa or above.
Precautions for using coal mill dust collector:
1. The star shaped unloader used prevents excessive dust concentration in the exhaust of the coarse particle separator due to malfunction of the unloader.
2. If possible, preheater exhaust gas should be used as the hot air source. The oxygen content in the exhaust gas of the preheater is very low. Coal powder will not burn. Usually under an inert atmosphere of 8% to 10%. Stop the machine after unloading the coal powder in the ash hopper.
3. Clean the dust before stopping the machine.
4. If the ash hopper unloader malfunctions. Do not wait, repair immediately. To prevent excessive accumulation of coal powder in the ash hopper and prevent spontaneous combustion.
5. If the coal powder preparation system is a dual fan system. The heat engine can enter the coal mill bag filter directly through a short circuit in the connecting pipeline, when the main fan is stopped and the dust removal fan is running. Quickly raise the temperature of the dust collector above the warning temperature. To prevent hot air from short circuiting into the dust collector, the main fan is interlocked with the dust removal fan, so that the dust removal fan cannot operate independently.
Coal mill dust collectors can be widely used for collecting dust from waste gases in industries such as cement, electricity, metallurgy, and chemical engineering. Dust collection can be used for dust collection points such as cement mills, raw material mills, mine crushing, material lifting, and transportation.
Characteristics of coal mill dust collector:
The coal powder preparation process system of the cement plant - the explosion-proof bag filter of the coal mill is arranged at the kiln tail (referring to the rotary kiln). When using the flue gas at the kiln tail as the drying medium, the oxygen content in the flue gas is low, and it has the function of burning coal - the explosion-proof requirements are low. When arranged at the kiln head using hot air from the kiln head cooling machine or using hot air from the hot air furnace as the drying medium, the oxygen content in the hot air will be as high as 21%, which meets the conditions for combustion. Does the coal mill have the self ignition or ignition temperature range for coal powder combustion? The inlet temperature of the explosion-proof bag filter for coal mills is generally not greater than 400 ℃, and the outlet flue gas temperature of the coal mill needs to be 15-30 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature to avoid condensation, generally controlled at 70-85 ℃. However, when using the kiln tail flue gas for drying, due to its moisture content sometimes reaching up to 6%, the outlet of the coal mill flue gas should be 30-35 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature, generally controlled at 85-90 ℃. It can be seen that the outlet flue gas temperature is outside the ignition or spontaneous combustion temperature range.
The process flow of coal mill dust collector is that the coal powder containing flue gas discharged from the coal mill first flows through the coarse powder separator and then through the fine powder separator to the bag filter and dust removal accessories. The dust concentration is relatively low, about 70g/m3. With the development and progress of technology, the fine powder separator has been eliminated, and the flue gas containing coal powder is directly sent to the dust collector after passing through the coarse powder separator. At this point, the concentration of coal powder increases to 300-700g/m3, and the coal powder diffuses in the space of the dust collector within the range of combustion and explosion. The concentration of coal powder is very fine, the specific surface area is large, and about 80% of the particles have a particle size of<80 μ m; Cement plants now mostly use bituminous coal, which has a volatility of generally 10-30% and is also within the range of combustion and explosion.
