Requirements for Clean Engineering Buildings

The various buildings of the clean engineering plant should be sturdy, durable, easy to maintain, easy to clean, and have structures that can prevent food, food contact area, and internal packaging materials from being contaminated (such as the invasion of harmful animals, habitat and reproduction, etc.). To prevent cross contamination, personnel passages and material transportation passages should be set up separately, and each passage should be equipped with insect prevention facilities such as air curtains (i.e. air curtains) or two-way spring doors, or electronic fly (mosquito) killers. The gaps around the pipelines, doors, windows, and ventilation ducts leading to the outside must be completely filled, and all windows, ventilation openings, and fan openings should be equipped with protective nets. The height of the production plant should meet the requirements of process and hygiene. And the need for equipment installation, maintenance, and upkeep.

The ground should be paved with non-toxic, non permeable, non absorbent, anti slip, crack free, and easy to clean and disinfect building materials (such as acid resistant bricks, terrazzo, concrete, etc.), and the ground should have an appropriate slope (preferably 1.0-1.5).

The roof and ceiling should be covered or decorated with light colored materials that are non absorbent, have a smooth surface, are non-toxic, mold resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. Structurally, it can reduce condensation and dripping. Food grade food should not have auxiliary pipelines such as steam, water, or electricity above the exposure of yogurt to prevent dust or condensed water from falling into the computer.

The walls of the production workshop should be constructed with non-toxic, non absorbent, non permeable, anti mold, smooth, and easy to clean light colored materials. The height of the decoration with this material should reach the roof. All door and window structures should adopt sealed frames that are rust proof, moisture-proof, and easy to clean.

The workshop should have sufficient natural or artificial lighting, and the mixed illumination of the working surface in the processing area should not be less than 300lx. The filling workshop for ingredient grade should not be less than 800lx.

Clean EngineeringAir treatment and purification facilities

Effective ventilation equipment must be installed in the workshop, and the airflow should flow from clean areas to non clean areas. When using mechanical ventilation, the air exchange rate should be greater than 3 times per hour. The temperature in the clean room should be controlled between 15-27 ℃, and the humidity should be controlled below 50 ℃. There should be purification facilities for personnel and materials at the entrance of the clean room.
