Working principle

Pure water has the maximum vaporization rate when boiling. Under normal conditions, pure water begins to boil at around 100 ℃. Under vacuum conditions, due to the water vapor partial pressure in the system being much lower than the water vapor partial pressure on the material surface, the boiling point of water is below 100 ℃. For example, when the surface drops to -0.07MPa, water begins to boil at 70 ℃. So even at lower operating temperatures, this dryer still has a significant drying capacity.
