• Type 20 HT/GT

XE-3
Efficient turbulent impellers on the market. It is an ideal choice for mixed, heat transfer, and solid suspension applications. Compared with other axial flow impellers, its development goal is to greatly improve strength while being lighter in weight, allowing for longer shafts without internal support, smaller shaft diameters, and smaller sealing dimensions (if applicable).
HE-3
Efficient turbulent impellers for mixing, heat transfer, and solid suspension. Effective for Reynolds numbers exceeding 50. Its development goal is to greatly reduce the generation of trailing vortices and incorporate the originally wasted energy into macroscopic flow.
SC-3
Chemineer ® The SC-3 impeller has an advanced design specifically designed for deep tanks. It produces flow characteristics with larger impellers without increasing weight or causing a loss in pumping efficiency. The efficient SC-3 impeller reduces weight, allows for longer shaft extensions for deeper fuel tanks, and solves related critical speed limitations. The use of SC-3 impellers can save up to 33% in the overall cost of the mixer.
P-4
An impeller that is cost-effective in both turbulent and laminar flow. A good impeller is suitable for applications where viscosity varies over a large range, leading to changes in flow state between turbulence and laminar flow. A cost-effective impeller for solid suspension.
S-4
An economically efficient impeller that can be operated very close to the bottom of the tank to agitate the heel in solid suspension applications. It is also an effective impeller in laminar flow applications, especially when the Reynolds number of the impeller drops below 50.
BT-6
High gas dispersibility. It can disperse nearly six times the gas processing capacity of D-6 or Rushton impellers. The uninstallation amount is less than CD-6. In fact, unloading is almost entirely attributed to changes in the effective density of the inflation liquid. The mass transfer capacity is about 10% higher than CD-6. Unlike many other gas dispersing impellers, BT-6 is relatively insensitive to viscosity.
CD-6
CD-6 impeller is a second-generation gas and immiscible liquid dispersing impeller. The processing capacity of CD-6 is about 2.4 times that of the large gas capacity of D-6 impeller. CD-6 is similar to Smith impellers, but there are significant differences in power and dispersion ability. The aeration rate of the impeller is as high as 2.1.
D-6
D-6 or Rushton impellers are cost-effective impellers suitable for low concentration immiscible liquids or gases. Each blade emits two very strong wake vortices. These high shear regions are responsible for breaking larger droplets into smaller ones. The maximum aeration rate should be limited to 0.1.

Maxflo W impeller
The pumping efficiency of Maxflo W impeller has been improved by about 10%, which is an improved version and complete replacement of Maxflo T. Excellent in situ, boiling, or near boiling applications in abrasive solid suspensions with the introduction or generation of small amounts of gas.
Maxflo WSE
Efficient and advanced side entry hydrofoil impellers can generate large pumping effects. Through effective hydrodynamic design, it has higher resistance to cavitation than other designs.
Maxflo Mark II and III impellers
Efficient, high-strength impeller for turbulent side entry applications. They are particularly effective for fluids with yield values, such as pulp. High density makes the operation closer to the boiling point without cavitation.
JP-3
Efficient turbulent impellers are used in our DT, BTNS, and RBTNS agitator production lines with small direct drive motor speeds for our small turbine agitators. High density makes the operation closer to the boiling point without cavitation.
Smooth Line
The Smoothline impeller design adopted by Chemineer simplifies the dual blade wheel configuration in the sanitary mixing process. It can be used for HE-3, P-4, S-4, and Maxflo W impellers. The Smoothline type impeller is detachable to pass through the manhole on the process vessel. They are equipped with FDA approved Teflon gaskets between each joint to prevent material retention during the process. Another advantage is that they are easily compatible with a single axis, ensuring excellent straightness, efficient energy transfer, and outstanding mixing performance.
Chemical Shear
ChemShear impellers come in four different styles. Style 1 has a wide blade, while Style 4 has a narrow blade. Various processes require different proportions of shearing and pumping. Larger blades pump more, while narrower blades have higher shear forces. They are effective in applications that require moderate high shear forces but also a certain level of pumping. Many high shear devices have very low pumping capacity and require auxiliary impellers to provide turnover. ChemShear impellers typically overcome the need for auxiliary pumping impellers. ChemShear impellers have been used in microencapsulation processes, producing particles in the range of 2 microns.
Double helix belt impeller
It is generally considered the best choice for impellers with high viscosity laminar flow. It is the most efficient mixer among all existing close gap mixers. The bidirectional spiral belt impeller can also perform well in heat transfer and mixing of liquids and solids on the surface. Usually used for applications with viscosity typically greater than 30000 MPa.
Single row spiral belt
Reasonable and efficient high viscosity laminar flow impeller. The mixing time is approximately longer than that of a double row helical belt impeller. When the spiral belt is pumped, the central screw can effectively pull solids and liquids off the surface. Usually used for applications with viscosity typically greater than 30000 MPa. The heat transfer coefficient is only slightly smaller than that of a double helix belt impeller.
Anchor impeller
Anchor impellers are economical laminar impellers. In shallow batches where vertical pumping is not as important as high batch pumping, it is effective. The mixing time is longer than that of a helical belt impeller. It is a simple high viscosity impeller that can be fitted with a scraper for very difficult heat transfer applications.
Spiral impeller
Spiral impellers can effectively blend high viscosity polymers that are sensitive to shear. This impeller provides a good turnover rate from top to bottom. Although mixing is usually good, the heat transfer effect is not as good as that of tightly spaced high viscosity impellers. Spiral impellers are suitable for fluids with a power-law exponent less than 0.5 and low pseudoplasticity.
JT-2
The JT-2 impeller is developed specifically for excellent mixing in transitional flows. Higher viscosity and non Newtonian fluids make mixing more challenging. After the traditional turbine loses efficiency due to viscous effects and before the need for a tightly spaced impeller, this impeller is used.
