Centrifugal tube dedicated labeling machine
Equipment Technical Parameters
Voltage specification: AC220V, 50HZ
Reference size: Approximately 1500 (L) * 1200 (W) * 1530 (H) (mm)
Weight: Approximately 185Kg
Labeling speed: about 15-20 pieces/minute (depending on product and label size)
Labeling accuracy: ± 1mm (excluding product and label errors)
Applicable product range: Two customized centrifuge tubes for customers
Applicable label range: (base paper) width 20-80mm, length 20-50mm
Maximum label supply: diameter 280mm, inner diameter of paper roll 76mm
Working pressure: 0.4-0.6 Mpa
Usage environment: 10-40 ℃ (mainly affecting label viscosity)
Relative humidity of the environment: 15-85%
Adhesive label parameters: (for reference only):
The entire process of the roll label working on the labeling machine, including label conveying, positioning, labeling, pasting, and rewinding of the base paper, requires the following requirements for the overall label to be successfully completed:
Label spacing: 3-4mm ± 0.2mm, distance between the top and bottom of the label and the bottom of the backing paper: 2mm
Surface Material: Basic Weight 78 g/m2 ± 10% Thickness: 0.064mm ± 10%
Base paper: basic weight 61g/m2 plus or minus 10% thickness: 0.055mm plus or minus 10%
The release force is consistent, the thickness is uniform, and there is a certain tensile strength. The semi transparent Grassin base paper is generally between 60-80 grams, with good fiber density, tightness, and flatness. It is not easy to break when labeling, and the overall transparency should be consistent. The sensor should correctly identify the position of the label.
Tensile strength: Machine direction: 16kg/25mm Horizontal: 7kg/25mm
Tear resistance: Machine direction: 25g/sheet, horizontal direction: 31g/sheet
Processing quality:Before labeling, the static electricity inside the roll label should be eliminated to make the label firm and detached from the base paper. Static electricity can cause the label to not come out or inaccurate during labeling. When die-cutting, it is necessary to avoid cutting through the base paper and causing the label to not come out or tearing off the base paper.
