1、 Overview of centrifugal roof fan
1. The DWT centrifugal roof fan adopts a centrifugal impeller, which is suitable for places with low air volume and high pressure. It is divided into two types: those with wind caps and those without.
2. Fans can be made into explosion-proof types according to different environmental requirements, suitable for non corrosive places containing flammable and explosive gases, while anti-corrosion types can be suitable for environments with unique corrosiveness.
3. The performance adjustment requirements for different operating conditions can be met by using a dual speed motor to achieve two speed regulation, or by using a variable frequency motor and controller to achieve stepless speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the adjustment frequency between 25HZ and 50HZ
4. The fan can be equipped with manual or electric regulating valves, white louvers, etc. according to user needs.

5、 Product Processing Technology Description
1. The fan impeller is made of steel or fiberglass. The steel impeller blades are stamped and cut, hydraulically formed, and the impeller is welded and assembled as a whole. The fiberglass impeller is formed as a whole in one go. The impeller is balanced statically and dynamically, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level.
2. The steel casing is formed by welding, while the fiberglass casing is formed in one go.
