The working principle is that the water to be treated enters from the inlet pipe of the central cylinder, flows steadily into the sedimentation tank through the stabilizing cylinder, and then diffuses and settles in all directions. The clear water flows out from the overflow weir at the edge of the tank, and the sediment is scraped by the scraper plate to the suction port. According to the principle of connecting pipes, a siphon is used to enter the discharge pipe of the central cylinder for discharge. At the same time, the floating slag is collected by the floating slag scraper and discharged outside the tank through the slag hopper.

Performance Structure
1. The composition of the scraper bridge includes a driving motor, gear transmission device, rotating bridge body, floating slag scraper, scraper device, and all necessary accessories and fasteners.

2. The walkway board is a steel mesh platform. The bridge is fixed and supported by a central support on a central concrete pier (concrete inlet pipe), and supported by two walking wheels on the concrete pool wall.

3. The scraper bridge is driven by dual (single) peripheral drive, and the driving machinery includes a motor. The gearbox is a cycloidal pinwheel gearbox, using SEW, JIE, or BONENG brand products. The motor is connected to the driving wheel through a chain and sprocket, and the driving device includes a pre adjustable torque limiting device to prevent damage to the entire machinery in case of overload. When the motor is overloaded, a limit switch can stop the motor from working. The motor is weatherproof, with a power of 0.55KW, voltage of 380V, and frequency of 50HZ.

4. The central axis includes a turntable and a vertical axis with anchor pins. Power is supplied through underground cables to the central slip ring and along the bridge to the drive motor. The collector device is installed to ensure that the slip ring is horizontally positioned and the brush width is within the width range of the slip ring. Two sets of brush holders are symmetrically installed, and the brush holder wires are arranged along the centerline of the aisle. The anti leakage strength of the insulation material between the brush holders and the collector ring meets the VI standard in GB1336-77.

5. The end of the bridge is equipped with a hinged scraper device, which ensures continuous contact between the scraper, the scum baffle, and the scum arm when the scraper scrapes over the wall of the scum bucket. The outer end of the scraper has a chloroprene rubber wear-resistant belt, which ensures that the scraper contacts the scum baffle and is located above the bottom edge. When the scraper comes into contact with the wall of the scum hopper, the scum is scraped over the hopper wall by the scraper and falls into the scum hopper.

6. Install nylon cleaning brushes above the drainage channels at both ends of the bridge, which automatically clean the inner walls of the drainage channels on both sides as the bridge rotates. The production of the cleaning brush is matched with the cross-section of the outlet channel, which can be adjusted within a certain range and is easy to replace.

7. The floating slag hopper is supported by the pool wall and can discharge the floating slag to the floating slag well outside the pool through a pipeline. The floating slag hopper is made of 3mm stainless steel plate, and the size is determined according to the sedimentation tank and scraper.

Driving machine
The driving device is fully assembled by our company and has sufficient strength to meet the torque required for scraping mud (operating torque, ultimate torque). The gearbox has a good automatic lubrication system, and its high-speed shaft adopts oil immersion lubrication to ensure that all bearings and gears are fully lubricated. The sealing degree of the gearbox is good, which fully ensures that the oil in the tank does not leak out, and external sewage and dust are not easy to enter the gearbox. Add a shaft sleeve at the metal mechanical seal to prevent wear on the shaft. The gearbox is connected to the motor with an elastic coupling for easy disassembly and maintenance, and the flange height is increased to raise the installation position of the motor, which is beneficial for protecting the motor from sewage erosion. The driving device is guaranteed to operate 24 hours a day for 15 years without damage. The service life of the gearbox is 20 years.

All gears, bearings, chains, and sprockets are above the water surface. The design service life of all gears and bearings is 50000 hours, with a service life of not less than 15 years, and their rated value is 125% of the working load.

All gear transmissions should comply with ISO and DIN standards, with a service factor of no less than 2.0. All joints of the gearbox must be sealed reliably to prevent the entry of water and dust, as well as the outflow of lubricants. Gear transmission components are easy to disassemble and assemble, making them convenient for inspection and maintenance. The gearbox is coated with anti-corrosion paint.

Electrical control part
The electrical control of the peripheral transmission scraper suction machine has two functions: automatic or manual, and has an on-site control box with on/off, emergency stop buttons and a "manual/automatic switch". Operation, malfunction, and power indicator lights. The control system can receive operation instructions from the PLC, and can also transmit manual automatic conversion signals, operation, fault, and emergency stop signals to the PLC. The electrical control box is also equipped with three-phase and single-phase sockets, and the enclosure protection level is IP65.
