Product Introduction
The pulse jet bag filter was invented by American Reinhauer in the 1950s. It is a bag filter that periodically sprays compressed air into the filter bag to remove dust accumulation. It is an efficient dust collector with a purification efficiency of over 98% and a pressure loss of about 1200-1500Pa. The filter has light wear, long service life, stable and reliable operation, and has been widely used. Cleaning requires a pressure source as the cleaning power, which consumes a certain amount of energy.

The dusty gas enters the ash hopper under the suction force of the induced draft fan, and is evenly distributed to each filter bag after passing through the guide plate. Dust is intercepted on the outer surface of the filter bag, while gas passes through the filter bag and is discharged outside after passing through the clean air chamber.
The dust collected on the outer surface of the filter bag by the pulse bag dust collector will reduce the permeability of the filter bag, causing the resistance of the dust collector to continuously increase. When the resistance reaches the set value (differential pressure control) or the filtering time reaches the set value (time control), the pulse valve, which is usually in the closed state, is opened for a very short period of time (about 0.1s) under the pulse blowing control of the pulse blowing controller PLC pulse blowing control. High pressure gas instantly enters the blowing pipe from the gas bag and is sprayed out at high speed from the blowing hole. The high-speed airflow injected into the filter bag will also generate secondary drainage several times that of the injected gas. The combined effect of jet airflow and secondary drainage rapidly increases the pressure inside the filter bag, causing it to change from a concave shape to an convex shape. When the deformation reaches its maximum value, a large reverse acceleration is generated, and the dust adsorbed on the filter bag mainly separates from the surface of the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper under this reverse acceleration, resulting in a decrease in the resistance of the dust collector. The process of removing dust from the surface of the filter bag is called dust cleaning. The cleaning work is carried out in rows. Every time the pulse valve operates, a row of filter bags is cleaned of dust. The pulse valve operates sequentially according to the set time interval and sequence until a cycle is completed. The entire dust collector has completed one cleaning cycle.
