（1） Working principle of centrifugal spray dryer:

The air is burned by a gas hot air stove and converted into hot air at 300 degrees Celsius. It enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber and then evenly enters the drying chamber. At the same time, the material liquid is pumped by a screw pump to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the drying chamber, forming extremely small mist droplets. The material liquid and hot air come into contact with each other, and the moisture evaporates rapidly. The finished product is dried in a very short time. Most of the powdered products are collected and packaged through the lower cone. The humid air enters the cyclone unloader through the exhaust duct, and after unloading a small portion of the products carried out by the humid air, it is discharged through the bag filter.
