Cast iron copper inlaid gates are mainly used in water supply and drainage, flood prevention, irrigation, water conservancy, and hydropower projects to cut off and clear water flow or regulate water level. This series of gates can be divided into three categories: square MZF, circular MZY, AZY, and rectangular MZJ. It adopts a unique outer arc design, with a reasonable structure and uniform force distribution. It is made of high-quality gray cast iron or ductile iron, stainless steel, and the sealing surface of the water stop is embedded with copper strips or rubber. After precision machining, it is matched and researched to achieve planar contact sealing with good sealing performance. When the sealing and water stop performance decreases, it can be solved by adjusting the wedge device.
