There are various ways to classify economizers, and they can be classified into many categories according to different methods, such as:

1. According to the degree of water heating, it can be divided into two types: non boiling and boiling.

2. Divided by manufacturing materials: there are two types of economizers: cast iron and steel pipe.

3. According to the form of the device, there are two types: vertical and horizontal.

4. According to the relative flow direction of smoke exhaust and water supply, there are three types: forward flow, reverse flow, and mixed flow.

5. Divided by structural form:Light tube economizerAnd fin type economizer. Fin type economizer includes: H-type economizer (commonly used) andSpiral fin economizer.

6. Classified by thermal conductivity form: direct conduction and indirect conduction

H-shapedBoiler economizer

H-shaped finned tube, also known as H-shaped finned tube or disc tube, is formed by symmetrically welding two port plates with circular arcs in the middle with a light tube to form fins. The front shape resembles the letter 'H', hence it is called H-shaped finned tube. The two fins of the H-shaped finned tube are rectangular, approximately square, with a side length about twice that of the light tube. The H-shaped finned tube belongs to the extended heating surface and adopts the flash resistance welding process. After gas welding, the fusion rate of the weld seam is high, the tensile strength of the weld seam is high, and it has good thermal conductivity. H-shaped finned tubes can also be manufactured as double tube 'double H' finned tubes, with good rigidity of the gas structure, which can be applied to situations with longer tube rows.
▲ Excellent anti-wear performance. Compared with cast iron economizers, the thin fin walls allow for a relatively larger flue gas flow area, resulting in lower flue gas flow velocity and significantly reduced resistance. The wear rate of the pipe is directly proportional to the uneven coefficient KV3.33 of the flue gas velocity and the uneven coefficient Ku of the fly ash concentration. Improve the overall grinding performance.
H-shaped fins do not accumulate or block dust. H-shaped fins have a good spacing between fins that does not accumulate dust, and dust accumulation occurs on the back and windward sides of the tube. Misalignment of pipes can easily cause erosion of the pipes, resulting in less dust on the back surface. For pipes arranged in a straight line, due to the difficulty of airflow washing the back of the pipes, there is more dust accumulation in a straight line arrangement than in a staggered arrangement. H-shaped fins are welded on both sides of the tube that are less prone to dust accumulation, and the airflow flows straight without changing direction, making the fins less prone to dust accumulation. The gap of 4-10mm between every two H-shaped fins can guide the airflow to blow away the accumulated dust on the fins of the tube. The equipment fully considers the possible impact of dust accumulation, designs blowing holes, cleaning buckets, and facilitates easy maintenance.
▲ Less pipes, fewer bends, fewer welds, compact space, lower cost, and lower ventilation resistance.
▲ The economic benefits are significant. Our company customizes economizers according to customer requirements, so that the economizers can minimize smoke temperature and improve boiler efficiency.
