ZNSB series intelligent hot and cold water meter（Including card insertion and card swiping）It is a pre paid measuring instrument composed of a cold and hot water meter with a transmitting device as the measuring base, an IC card as the medium, an electronic controller, and an electric ball valve. It uses a high-performance and high-efficiency RISC structure microcontroller in the circuit, and integrates various control circuits such as clock, LCD driver, alarm driver, pause, wake-up function, etc. of the controller into a dedicated module in a highly integrated manner, making the water meter highly anti-interference, reliable, high-precision, and low-power performance. Its structural design is compact and aesthetically pleasing. This table is used to quantitatively supply cold and hot water flowing through the tap water pipeline. The valve is automatically opened to supply water according to the amount of water purchased by the user. When the water reaches the alarm value or runs out, the valve is automatically closed and the water is cut off, thus achieving the goal of "paying first, then using water". It can also record the operation status of water meters, display the operation status of water meters through a microcomputer under system management software, implement effective monitoring, change the unfavorable situation of overdue water bills and household meter reading, save manpower, material resources, and financial resources of property or water supply departments, and improve management efficiency.

2、 Product Features

1. Pre order water usage: Insert the user card that matches the purchased water with the smart water meter into the smart water meter. If the remaining amount in the meter is greater than 0, the smart water meter can open the valve to supply water.

2. Query function: It can query the cumulative water consumption, remaining water consumption, and current purchase water consumption.

3. Measurement and statistics: The device can automatically deduct user consumption, with a deduction of 100L per count, and can correctly accumulate the newly purchased consumption in the card with the remaining consumption in the device. Accurately accumulate consumption figures.

4. Alarm and valve closing: When the remaining water volume is 5 cubic meters, the smart water meter will display an "alarm" prompt and close the valve, reminding the user to purchase water in a timely manner. Then, insert the user card paired with the smart water meter into the smart water meter to reopen the valve until the water volume reaches zero, and the smart water meter will automatically close the valve. Re purchase water quantity>5m³The 'alarm' disappears.

5. Function card recognition: When a legitimate user card or function card is inserted into the smart water meter, the data of the card is read into the meter for normal operation. When illegal or scrapped cards are inserted into the smart water meter or other operational errors occur, the smart water meter will sound an alarm and display the "card error" character.

6. Anti magnetic function: When a magnet with a magnetic induction intensity of ≤ 0.15T approaches the smart water meter, the smart water meter can work normally. When the water meter is artificially damaged by strong magnetic force (>0.15T) or other means, the water meter will display the characters "stolen" and "closed valve", and the valve will be closed. When the magnetic field leaves, the water meter will open the valve to supply water, and the characters "stolen" and "closed valve" will disappear.

7. Anti theft function: The water meter adopts a fully sealed installation and is equipped with an anti damage card seal. If it is disassembled without authorization, the water meter card seal will be damaged.

8. Undervoltage protection function: When the power supply voltage is lower than the set value, the smart water meter displays the "undervoltage" character and closes the valve within 1 minute. After replacing the battery, use a legally paired user card to open the valve for water supply.

3、 Product Features

1. The power supply in the table uses a 3V battery with a long service life. The control circuit uses imported low-power components that are corrosion-resistant, leak free, and have overcurrent and short-circuit protection functions.

2. Adopting a connected structure with a base valve, compared with the commonly used split structure, it has high concentricity, less pressure loss, and accurate measurement.

3. Electric ball valves are driven by metal gears. Compared to the resin materials commonly used by manufacturers, it is more wear-resistant and has a longer service life.

4. Adopt wet base table. Compared with dry water meters, it effectively prevents the omission of pulse signals, has high accuracy, stable performance, and small errors.

5. The shell is made of polycarbonate material imported from Japan. Anti exposure to sunlight and rain, anti smashing of debris, anti shattering of glass, with strong impact resistance, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, and durability.

6. Each control unit in this table adopts advanced fully sealed technology, which is waterproof, moisture-proof, and has strong anti-interference ability.
