Working principle of carbon steel desulfurization tower: The dusty airflow enters the simplified structure through the flue. Entering the cylinder from the upper water injection tank of the dust collector, a layer of water film is formed on the inner wall of the entire cylinder, flowing from top to bottom. The flue gas enters from the lower part of the cylinder tangentially and rotates upward in the main cylinder. The dusty gas always rubs against the water film on the inner wall of the main cylinder under the action of centrifugal force. In this way, the dusty gas is wetted by the water film, and the dust particles flow with the water to the bottom of the dust collector and are discharged through the overflow hole. The bottom of the main cylinder is sealed and equipped with a water seal groove to prevent the smoke from leaking out from the bottom. There are cleaning holes for easy cleaning of the bottom of the cylinder. After dust removal, the wastewater is discharged from the bottom overflow hole into the sedimentation tank, where it is neutralized and recycled. The purified gas is drawn out through the upper conical part of the simplified body to achieve the purpose of dust removal. Adding alkaline water to the circulating pool can achieve desulfurization effect.

3. During installation, according to the drawings, stack the functional zones in sequence.

Operation and maintenance of large carbon steel desulfurization tower

1. Before operation, check whether all equipment is in good condition and the operation status of the motor.

2. Before operation, the water tank should be filled with clean water; And supply water to the dust collector, ensuring even overflow of the water seal tank.

3. During operation, water cannot be cut off. Regularly check if the overflow water tank is blocked.

4. Regularly clean the accumulated dust in the sedimentation tank and try to maintain the cleanliness of the circulating water.

5. If the dust collector stops running for a long time or the overflow water tank shows a "water overflow" phenomenon during operation, it indicates that the ash accumulation in the overflow water tank is quite serious. Clean water (such as tap water) should be provided to the overflow water tank for about half an hour to flush the ash in the tank.
