The degassing kettle in the grease production line is equipped with a multi-stage disperser to perform post-treatment degassing on the grease during production. Eliminate tiny air bubbles in the lubricating grease to ensure a shiny and delicate appearance as well as stable quality of the finished product. Degassing on food and beverages is the process of removing air (oxygen) from the liquid, inhibiting browning, oxidation of pigments, vitamins, aromatic components, and other substances, and preventing a decrease in quality; Remove suspended particles and gases from the liquid, suppress particle flotation, and maintain a good appearance; Prevent foaming during canning and high-temperature sterilization that affects sterilization; Reduce corrosion on the inner wall of the container. 2、 Characteristics of degassing kettle
The degassing kettle can greatly shorten the exhaust time after the initial water injection of the heating or cooling system, which is extremely beneficial for the initial commissioning and operation of the system. The degassing kettle removes gas from the system to prevent gas blockage and ensure stable and reliable operation of the system during normal operation. Due to the removal of oxygen from the water, the aerobic corrosion of the system will be reduced and the equipment usage time will be extended. Due to the removal of gas from the water, there will be no gas bubbles attached to the surface of the heat exchanger, which improves the heating efficiency. The equipment is easy to install, fully automated, safe and reliable, and easy to maintain.
The upper disperser adopts a flange structure for easy cleaning, and the bottom is equipped with a heat-conducting oil heating interlayer. Vacuum negative pressure equipment, equipped with a cylindrical uneven hole multi-stage disperser, an elliptical head design for the top of the overflow tube, an elliptical head design for the shoulder of the degassing tank, a double channel reinforcement belt made of channel steel, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of danger when accidentally entering positive pressure, a dual mirror design, equipped with high brightness spotlights, welded light brackets, and borosilicate glass mirrors. The degassing kettle is equipped with a vacuum gauge interface and a vent port for easy operation. The degassing temperature is between 100 ℃ and 120 ℃, and the degassing rate ranges from 0.5 to 5 tons per hour. This unit consists of a degassing tank, vacuum pump, buffer tank, and gear/material pump. Vacuum pumps and material/gear pumps can be self provided. The degassing kettle can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel according to different usage scenarios, and the size can be customized according to non-standard requirements.
