Carbon black, also known as carbon black, is an amorphous carbon. A light, loose, and extremely fine black powder with a very large specific surface area ranging from 10-3000m2/g. It is a product of incomplete combustion or thermal decomposition of organic compounds (natural gas, heavy oil, fuel oil, etc.) under conditions of insufficient air. Those made from natural gas with a specific gravity of 1.8-2.1 are called "gas black", those made from oil are called "lamp black", and those made from acetylene are called "acetylene black". In addition, there are "groove black" and "furnace black". According to the performance of carbon black, there are "reinforcing carbon black", "conductive carbon black", "wear-resistant carbon black", etc. Can be used as a black dye for manufacturing Chinese ink, ink, paint, etc., and also as a reinforcing agent for rubber.
How to choose a carbon black mill:

Scope of application of carbon black mill:
The HGM series three ring and four ring medium speed micro powder grinding machine in the carbon black processing equipment is the latest newly developed and manufactured new star grinding equipment of Shanghai Kolelic Grinding Machine. The HGM grinding machine can not only process carbon black, but also process ultrafine powder of non flammable and explosive brittle materials with medium and low hardness and Mohs hardness ≤ 7, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, carbon black, kaolin, bentonite, talc, petroleum coke, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, zeolite, barite, gypsum, alunite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate rock, potassium ore, pumice and more than 100 other materials.
Working principle of carbon black mill:
During operation, the main motor of the grinding equipment drives the spindle and turntable to rotate through a reducer. The roller pins on the edge of the turntable drive dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway. The carbon black raw ore is crushed into small particles by a hammer crusher and then sent to the storage bin by a hoist. After passing through a vibrating feeder and an inclined feed pipe, the carbon black particles are evenly sent to the upper part of the rotary table's bulk tray. Under the action of centrifugal force, carbon black particles scatter towards the periphery of the circle and fall into the raceway of the grinding ring, where they are impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After three layers of processing in the raceway, they become carbon black powder. The high-pressure fan sucks in external air through suction and brings the crushed carbon black powder into the powder selection machine. The rotating impeller inside the powder selector causes the coarse carbon black powder to fall back and grind again. The fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow and is discharged through the discharge valve at the bottom, which is the final ultrafine carbon black powder. The airflow with a small amount of fine dust is purified by the pulse dust collector and discharged through the fan and muffler.
Performance characteristics of carbon black mill:
