Carbolite RHF High Temperature Box Furnace
1、 Product Introduction:
The Carbolite RHF series high-temperature box furnace uses silicon carbon rod heating and has four furnace sizes. There are three maximum temperatures for each furnace size, which are 1400 ° C, 1500 ° C, and 1600 ° C.
The sturdy structure and high-quality heating element can achieve rapid heating (usually reaching 1400 ° C within 40 minutes) and have a long reliable working life.
2、 Standard parameters:
1. Maximum operating temperatures of 1400 ℃, 1500 ℃, and 1600 ℃
2. PID301 standard controller, single segment program control
3. Furnace cavity volumes of 3, 8, 15, and 35L
4. Open the door vertically to ensure that the scorching furnace door is kept away from the operator
5. Equipped with damping door (limited to 3 and 8 liter models only)
6. High power silicon carbide rod heating, long service life at high temperatures, can withstand intermittent impacts, and can work for a long time at high temperatures
7. The RHF series 3L and 8L use integrated furnace bottom plates, while the 15L and 35L use silicon carbide furnace bottom plates
8. Low energy consumption lightweight insulation material ensures high energy efficiency and rapid heating

1. A series of precision digital controllers with digital communication options, multi-stage programmers and data recorders, as well as digital communication interfaces
2. Over temperature protection (recommended for protecting valuable samples or unattended operations)

2. The heating rate is measured under no-load operation with the temperature set at 100 ℃ below the maximum temperature
