Product Introduction:

The capillary radiation dual cold source fresh air dehumidification system is developed for air humidity control in situations with low personnel density or low fresh air volume requirements. It adopts mixed return air and cryogenic dehumidification technology, and bears the load of fresh air and indoor humidity. It can be applied in temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning systems.

There are four operating modes to choose from:

A、 Fresh air B, fresh air+return air C, fresh air replacement D, fresh air+return air+exhaust air

Product Features:

1. The source of water for the surface cooler in summer is water at 16-20 ℃. The winter water temperature is 40 ℃, coming from a heat pump unit or boiler, using dual condensers. The condensers are all located inside the unit, with one condenser used for air supply and reheating, and the other condenser used for heat dissipation and condensation. The condenser is a water-cooled condenser.

2. The device comes with a positive pressure drainage function, which allows for smooth drainage without the need for a reserved water trap, significantly reducing the height of the ceiling.

3. Purification and sterilization: UV sterilization and negative ion purification are standard at the air outlet at the end of the equipment, using ozone free UV sterilization lamps to avoid secondary harm to the human body. The initial filtration G4+medium filtration F7+HEPA high-efficiency H13 (aerosol filtration) can remove harmful substances such as particles, bacteria, dust, etc. from the air, ensuring fresh and clean indoor air.

4. The heat exchange core of the condensate is made of high-efficiency internally threaded copper pipes with blue louvers, and the condensate tray is made of SUS304 stainless steel.

5. The equipment is filled with environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant, and the compressor adopts a low-noise and high-efficiency compressor.

6. Adopting a low-noise and high static pressure centrifugal fan to meet the adjustment and switching of different wind speeds, achieving thermal balance and fully automatic adjustment.

7. Forcibly replacing the control function of the air purification module further improves the quality of air purification and the service life of the equipment.

8. The fresh air purification system integrates fresh air and initial air into one system. Lower maintenance costs, improved comfort, and energy savings.

9. The device does not involve electronic components, so the core programs are integrated into the line control operator, reducing the failure rate of the device and improving the user's first experience.
