Overview

Cage type low-noise regulating valves are mainly designed to reduce fluid noise. There are a large number of small holes on the sleeve, which are suitable for gas throttling, diffusion and expansion, as well as liquid flash evaporation and cavitation. Compact structure, low noise, good dynamic stability, especially suitable for controlling fluids with high temperature, high pressure or high pressure difference. It can be made into corrugated tube sealing type, elongated type, and heat sink type. The standard supporting actuator adopts a multi spring thin film actuator and an electronic actuator.

A sleeve with a porous structure can reduce the noise generated by gas media, prevent flash evaporation of liquids, and reduce cavitation and erosion of valve body components. The balanced valve core structure can be configured with relatively smaller sized actuators. Due to standardized dimensions, various standard cage type valve internals can be used to reduce the total cost of valve internals.

It can meet ANSI B16.104 Class IV shutdown requirements under high temperature and pressure, and can be used above 230 ℃.
