Product details
1、 System Overview
The online monitoring system for partial discharge of high-voltage and ultra high voltage cables is mainly used to monitor partial discharge signals that occur in high-voltage cables, GIS, and connected high-voltage equipment, predict the development of the partial discharge, prevent sudden electrical accidents, and provide effective data basis for equipment maintenance and repair. This system is an independent, compact, and multifunctional distributed high-frequency partial discharge synchronous detection system. It uses fiber optic networking for data transmission and real-time online monitoring of partial discharge in cable systems. The insulation status of the system is evaluated through a high-voltage cable partial discharge analysis system. The system is designed based on the principle of measuring partial discharge using high-frequency pulse current method. The pulse current signal emitted by the partial discharge source point is collected through a high-frequency current sensor (HFCT) and a sampling rate of 100Mbps.
2、 System features
◇Using the principle of high-frequency pulse current method, measure partial discharge signal through high-frequency current sensor
◇The partial discharge monitoring device can be cascaded through single-mode optical fibers to form a fiber optic ring network. The control computer manages all devices through a bus control unit for distributed partial discharge detection of long cable lines, and achieves complete electrical insulation between each monitoring device. Fiber length can reach 20km
◇Can perform online monitoring of cable line partial discharge
◇The power supply uses AC220V mains power
◇The analysis software uses visualization to display partial discharge maps
◇Can generate test reports for archiving or traceability of operational issues.
