Cable dry wet arc testing machine,Suitable for evaluating the anti damage ability of aviation wire insulation in arc environment, the whole machine combines the test power control with mechanical cutting device and drip device, and adopts 10 inch high-definition touch screen parameterized control; The entire device is controlled by Siemens imported PLC. Voltage, current, flow rate and other parameters are displayed on the touch screen, making it a professional wire arc resistance testing equipment.

5、 Main components and functions of the equipment
1. Generator: Provides 20KVA power and 400/230V power supply for equipment
2. Inverter: Increase the power frequency of the generator to 400Hz.
3. Three phase motor: provides rotational power for the generator.
4. Ballast: Limit the output voltage of the generator
5. Variable resistor: a cable of a certain length in a modular circuit
6. Peristaltic pump: Drop the prepared test solution onto the sample at the set flow rate (wet arc resistant)
7. Needle: Fix the falling position of the test liquid
8. Current Transformer: Convert the collected current in the power circuit into an analog 4-20mA signal and transmit it to the PLC.
9. Voltage transmitter: Convert the collected voltage in the circuit into an analog 4-20mA signal and transmit it to the PLC.
10. Conductivity tester: Test whether the conductivity (reciprocal of resistivity) of the test solution configured meets the standard requirements.
