Overview

CZ-Z type standardized chemical pump is a new product improved to address the problems of short bearing life, frequent replacement, frequent use of mechanical seals, and low efficiency of leakage pumps in Cz type pump bearings. The CZ-Z standardized chemical pump has the following characteristics:

1. All bearings are made of Swedish SKF and Japanese NTN bearings, which are reliable in operation and have a longer bearing life than domestic bearings.

2. Adopting imported mechanical seals to ensure that the leakage of mechanical seals meets the requirements of advanced industrial countries abroad when transporting high temperature, high pressure, low temperature, and special media.

3. In order to meet energy-saving requirements, improvements have been made to the hydraulic overcurrent components, resulting in a corresponding increase in pump efficiency.

4. The structural type, installation dimensions, and performance range of the CZ-Z standardized chemical pump remain the same as those of the CZ pump, making it easy for old equipment to be updated and renovated.

5. The CZ-Z standardized chemical pump is a horizontal, single-stage single suction centrifugal pump, and its dimensions and performance comply with DIN24256/IS02858 standards.

6. The performance of CZ-Z standardized chemical pumps includes all the performance of IH-Z (IH) series standardized chemical pumps, which can be interchanged with IH-Z (IH) pumps.
