The CZ chemical centrifugal pump is a horizontal, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pump with dimensions and functions that comply with DIN24256/ISO2858 standards. The performance range of CZ chemical process pumps includes all the performance of IH series standard chemical pumps, and its efficiency, cavitation performance, and other indicators exceed those of IH type pumps. It is an ideal pump type for the chemical and petrochemical industries, refineries, paper mills, pulp and paper industries, grain industries, and other fields.
CZ chemical centrifugal pumps are suitable for industries such as chemistry and petrochemicals, refineries, paper mills and pulp mills, and grain production, and can transport low-temperature or high-temperature liquids; Neutral or corrosive liquids; Cleaning or liquids containing solid particles can also be used to transport inorganic and organic acids such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid at various temperatures and concentrations, alkaline solutions such as sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate at various temperatures and concentrations, or various liquid petrochemical products, organic compounds, as well as other corrosive raw materials and products.
Design Features The pressure acting on the shaft seal is balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can be either a soft filled seal (which can be cooled or not cooled) or a single or double end face unbalanced mechanical seal with various structures. Ball bearings are durable and have ample shaft diameter to ensure smooth operation. Partial specifications of pump bodies are designed with dual channel shells to balance radial forces. The bearing frame, including the shaft, impeller, packing box, etc., forms a composite component that allows the pump body to be maintained without having to be removed from the pipeline.
