1. Features and Applications: This type of product is designed and manufactured directly using standard MEMS technology for silicon force sensitive chips. It is made using precision temperature compensation and stress free packaging technology, with a simple and practical structure. Therefore, compared to products that use isolation components, it has the advantages of wide temperature range, good dynamic characteristics, and relatively low cost price. Suitable for positive and negative pressure measurement and control of all gas and liquid media that are non corrosive to silicon, glass, stainless steel, and sealant.

2. Pressure range: 0-25, 40, 60, 100, 160, 250, 400, 600, 1000 kPa gauge pressure (can also measure -100 kPa negative gauge pressure)

3. Output/Power Supply: 4-20mA/24VDC or 0-5V/15VDC (Other signals and power supplies can be customized)

4. Overload capacity: ≥ 200%FS

5. Measuring medium temperature: J-grade -55 ℃~125 ℃ M-grade -20 ℃~100 ℃ L-grade -20 ℃~80 ℃

6. Compensation temperature range: J-grade -20 ℃~80 ℃ M-grade -10 ℃~70 ℃ L-grade 0 ℃~60 ℃
