This product is completely independently designed and developed, with nearly ten years of experience in the development and research of turning and milling composite machine tools. The product technology is mature and the performance is reliable. One clamping can complete multiple processes such as turning, milling, boring, drilling, tapping, and reaming. It can be grinded with grinding wheel, finished with angle milling head, and five axis machining can be achieved with double swing head.
● Tool library: A double-layer dual servo driven ATC tool library with 6 turning tools and 24 milling cutters.
● Pulling mechanism: The pulling mechanism is equipped with a milling spindle and uses BT50 standard milling cutter shank.
Adopting a double column gantry structure, the structure is stable and has strong rigidity.
The workbench adopts a liquid static pressure guide rail with pure static pressure bearing, which has strong workpiece bearing capacity.
The C-axis drive adopts two independent C-axis transmission boxes, electronic gear clearance structure, and combined with independently developed dual reading head C-axis position detection technology, achieving C-axis positioning accuracy of ± arcseconds.
All functional components are made of international brands.
Equipped with Siemens 840D CNC system as standard.
