The SJJW and JJW series precision purification AC voltage regulation power supplies adopt the world's advanced sine energy distribution program power regulation technology, representing the current development level of AC voltage regulation technology. Its circuit consists of a sine energy divider and a high-power filter connected in parallel. working principle:
The main circuit of this regulated power supply is a sine energy divider, which is an American technology. The working principle of the main circuit is roughly as follows: K1 is the front panel operation control switch, which controls the start and stop of the entire regulated power supply. J is the main relay, which provides protection and power-off when the regulated power supply works abnormally, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload or short circuit. The famous sine energy divider circuit is composed of C1 to C3, L1 to L3 and variable impedance "Z", and its working principle is roughly as follows:
L1 and L2 are made on the same iron core, forming a self coupling transformer. L2 also forms an "II" type filter with C1 and C3, which has a large time constant and can filter out impurities in the power supply. The "purification" effect of this power supply is generated from this.
Unstable AC power is input from point A, and the control circuit obtains a time control signal related to the input and output voltage by sampling and processing the output voltage. This signal controls the value of the variable impedance "Z". When the input voltage at point A changes, the voltage at point B of the voltage divider changes with the change of "Z", thereby ensuring that the voltage at point C remains constant. The stabilizing effect of this power supply is thus generated.
The working principle of the three-phase series products is similar to that of the single-phase series, and each phase is equipped with overcurrent and overvoltage protection circuits. There is also a three-phase synchronous shutdown circuit. Once a phase has a fault or the output voltage is too high, the protection circuit will simultaneously cut off the three-phase output to protect the load from working in a phase bias or phase loss situation.
