Main purpose:
This machine is a universal ultrafine crusher suitable for the crushing of inorganic and organic substances, widely used in industries such as chemical, dye, auxiliary, pharmaceutical, feed, non-metallic minerals, non-ferrous metals, etc. It is more suitable for the crushing of special materials with toughness, fiber, high water content (materials with toughness, fiber, high water content) and heat sensitive materials (organic substances such as polyethylene and polyvinyl chloride).
Working Principle:
The crushing rotor consists of several horizontal disks and vertical blades, forming many staggered crushing chambers, and the air inside the chambers is elastic. Due to the impact of the airflow, the crushing chamber on the rotor produces small vibrations. From here, an audible sound wave of 140 decibels of ultrasonic waves is emitted indoors, and a pressure difference of 0.025 atmospheres occurs locally, generating supersonic jets and eddies that can promote friction and impact between materials to become micro powders. The specially designed rotor of this machine is equipped with two fans. The lower fan, which can generate high-speed airflow, is mainly used for suction and acceleration of materials, while the upper fan is the main fan for external material transportation. The rotor has multiple layers of variable high-speed blade holders, and the stator is lined with serrated lining. There is also an overflow pipe above the body. Non compliant particles can be classified by the grading rod and returned to the feeding port for re crushing.
