Magnetic pumps replace dynamic seals with static seals, keeping the overcurrent components of the pump in a sealed state, solving the problems of running, emitting, and dripping that other pump mechanical seals cannot avoid. Magnetic pumps use corrosion-resistant and high-strength engineering plastics, corundum ceramics, stainless steel, and other materials as manufacturing materials, so they have good corrosion resistance and can protect the transported medium from pollution.

6、 Precautions for Magnetic Transmission Vortex Pump:
① Due to the fact that the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is prohibited to operate them without load, while avoiding idle operation caused by restarting after a power outage during operation.
② If the conveyed medium contains solid particles, a filter screen should be added to the pump inlet; if it contains ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added.
③ The conveyed medium and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (please consult the relevant technical department). The operating temperature of engineering plastic pumps is 60 ℃, the inlet pressure is not greater than 0.1MPa, and the maximum working pressure is 0.6MPa. The operating temperature of metal pumps is 100 ℃, the conveying inlet pressure is not greater than 0.2MPa, and the maximum working pressure is 1.6MPa
④ For media that are prone to precipitation and crystallization during transportation, they should be cleaned promptly after use to drain the accumulated liquid in the pump.
⑤ If abnormal conditions (such as loud noise and intensified vibration) are found during the long-term operation or operation of the magnetic pump, the wear of the bearings and end face dynamic rings should be disassembled and inspected. If the gap between the bearings and the shaft sleeve is greater than 0.5-1mm, and the impeller axial displacement is 1.5-2mm, the bearings and axial dynamic rings should be replaced
