Product working principle:
Vertical free floating ball steam trapThe valve seat is always below the liquid level, forming a water seal and no steam leakage. The structure of the vertical free floating ball steam trap is simple, with only a finely ground stainless steel hollow floating ball inside. It is both a float and an opening and closing component, with no vulnerable parts and a long service life. When the device is just started, air and low-temperature condensed water appear in the pipeline. The bimetallic automatic air release element pushes the floating ball away from the valve seat, opens the valve, and eliminates non condensable gases. The low-temperature condensed water flows into the drain valve, and the floating ball rises, and the condensed water is quickly discharged. The device quickly increases the temperature, and before the temperature inside the pipeline reaches the saturation temperature, the bimetallic automatic air exhaust element senses the temperature and deforms, straightening out; The steam trap enters normal operation, and the float adjusts the valve hole flow rate with the rise and fall of the liquid level; When the condensed water stops entering, the floating ball approaches the valve seat with the flow of the medium and closes the valve.
