Performance characteristics

The overcurrent components of CQB-F fluorine lined magnetic pumps are made of "polyvinylidene fluoride plastic alloy (PVF2) and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE)". At room temperature, PVF2 has good corrosion resistance to various organic solvents such as halogens, halogenated hydrocarbons, strong oxidants, boiling acids, and bases; UHMWPE has good corrosion resistance to non oxidizing acids (dilute sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and high concentrations of hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, formic acid, acetic acid), ammonia and amines, as well as various alkali and salt solutions. Both materials are not resistant to the corrosion of strong oxidizing acids. The casing of the fluorine alloy pump is made of metal material, which has sufficient strength to withstand mechanical impacts from pipelines and the outside world. For transmission power below 3kW, a perfluorinated structure is used.
