COMP seriesMachine tool probeAdopting the most stable three-point triggering structure design, there is a triggering mechanism inside the measuring head. When the measuring needle is subjected to external force and moves radially or axially, the triggering mechanism is triggered. The circuit inside the measuring head sends a triggering signal to the receiver, which transmits the signal to the CNC machine to obtain the position coordinates of each axis of the machine tool. Then, based on the data from different measurement points, the required measurement results are calculated.

The triggering mechanism of the probe is a precision device that combines mechanical and electronic technology. This mechanism ensures that the measuring needle can automatically return to its original position after each trigger, with a return error of less than 1um. It is precisely because the triggering mechanism has this precise reset function that the probe can be used as a high-precision measuring tool for continuous measurement work.

When measuring with a measuring head on a CNC machine tool, the measuring head is actually a part of this "measuring device" (measuring head+machine tool), which plays a role in determining the coordinates of the measuring point, issuing indication signals, ensuring accurate measurement results, and facilitating, quickly, safely, and reliably measuring operations through precise contact with the workpiece during the measurement process.

1. Workpiece coordinate setting: Set the workpiece origin, correct the workpiece coordinate system, and determine the blank processing quantity.

2. Part alignment: Align the workpiece to determine whether the clamping and positioning of the workpiece are accurate and whether there is clamping deformation.

3. Size measurement: step height measurement, size measurement, diameter measurement.

4. Position measurement: hole spacing measurement, verticality measurement, positional measurement, angle measurement, etc.

5. Surface measurement: blade shape measurement, mold surface measurement, complex shape measurement.

6. Post order inspection: The workpiece measurement is completed, the size exceeds the tolerance alarm, and the tool is corrected and repaired.
