The main structure and performance of machine tools
1. The body is welded with steel plates, and the structural components undergo vibration aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and shot blasting for rust removal;
2. Adopting a dual cylinder structure. Electro hydraulic proportional servo valve synchronization (y1, y2), the electro-hydraulic proportional servo system is a position control system with strong anti bias load capability for machine tools. It can dynamically detect the position error of the slider through a grating. The electro-hydraulic proportional valve controls the movement speed of the two oil cylinders separately to correct the synchronization error of the slider. When one oil cylinder is fully loaded and the other is under zero load (i.e. the slider is completely biased), the slider can always remain parallel to the worktable;
3. The rear blocking material is a CNC axis, which controls the forward and backward movement and positioning of the blocking beam;
4. The hydraulic system adopts the original German electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic system, with simple and centralized pipelines;
5. Using sealing rings imported from Japan's NOC company, the sealing is reliable;
6. The workbench adopts a hydraulic deflection compensation system controlled by the V-axis;
