Product Introduction
The vertical biomass fired hot water boiler consists of main pressure bearing components such as the head, drum, top of the furnace chamber, furnace chamber, and horizontal water pipe. The boiler grate is placed on the upper part of the U-shaped lower foot inside the furnace chamber, and the flame directly flushes the furnace chamber and the horizontal water pipe installed inside the furnace chamber;
The structural characteristics of a vertical horizontal water tube boiler are: the furnace chamber is equipped with horizontal water tubes, which increase the radiation heating area. The curved water pipe arranged on the upper part of the furnace body is the convective heating zone, and the grate pipe and furnace liner arranged on the lower part of the furnace body are the radiation heating zone. The furnace structure and flue gas flow are arranged reasonably, with good heat transfer. The boiler design is reasonable, the structure is simple, the operation and maintenance are convenient, the footprint is small, and the infrastructure investment is low.
